Arts Alive 2016 launches a brand new concept. Urban Music Clash where music genres square up and take each other on, to see which the audience ranks as the music of the youth! Big name artists from across numerous musical fields, Kwaito, Hip-Hop, Dance, House, Afropop, Reggae, come to represent their favourite genre. You, the audience, is the judge!
At the end of the day the genre that generates the most noise becomes the most popular music of the year! Hosted by Scoop from Vuzu. Artists featured include Queen Africa (Reggae from Jamaica), Busiswa, Zano. Babes Woodumo, Ben Sharp, Tumi Tladi and much more! Food and refreshments on sale.
