Irrespective of whether you are a CEO, an athlete looking to perform at your best, a parent, a teenager, or someone who is simply trying to manage life’s day to day challenges and opportunities – adequate sleep is key to performing optimally.
In partnership with Granny Goose & FUTURELIFE, this workshop is for anyone who needs to improve their sleep quality – or who wants to pass the learnings on to others. Speakers include Dr Dale Rae (Manager of the Sleep Science programme at SSISA & a Senior Researcher in Chronobiology and Sleep Health at UCT), as well as two other Sleep Scientists, Rob Henst and Paula Pienaar.
