Life in Observatory or “Obs” is a celebration of the senses. Once a year our renowned pubs, restaurants and artists come together to celebrate our vibrancy with the Obs Arts Festival: A three day delight of music concerts, street performances, a market, in-venue entertainment and a children’s zone.
