Mozart Requiem by the Con Spirito Philharmonic

In the Academy Award screenplay, Amadeus, the composer, Antonio Salieri is fictitiously portrayed as having been responsible for Mozart’s untimely death at 35.

As his final composition, Mozart’s Requiem forms part of an all-Mozart programme that includes the evergreen Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, his third Horn Concerto and opera arias from Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro.

With the Con Spirito Philharmonic conducted by Sjoerd Alkema, and soloists Jolene McClelland, Violina Anguelov, Arthur Swan, and Garth Delport, this is a concert not to be missed!
