STOL - SCHOOL THEATRE ON LOCATION

STOL is a School Theatre On Location educational programme for High school Dramatic Arts learners. The programme is aimed at presenting two different three hander productions between Is’qeda production, a societal two hander story that juxtaposes Physical Theatre, Poor Theatre and satire styles and Homeward Bound (s). Homeward Bound(s) is a physical theatre adaptation from Gerard Bhengu’s 1941 watercolour painting “Homeward Bound”, which examines the contrasts of the Nguni lifestyles during pre- to post-colonial periods for High School Dramatic Art learners.
