The Waterfall SUPERSPAR Forest 10 is back on 14 July 2019. Join us for the 10km run / walk or bring your family for the kiddies Fun Run!
This is a fast and flat course! The start and finish is at Forest Hills Sports Club. There will be lucky draw prizes and FREE tea & coffee available before the race. Refreshments at the 3, 6 & 9km mark.
Online entries close 11 July 2019. Pre-entries R120 (on the day R140). The first 1100 entrants will receive peaks!
