Soweto Walk 4 Life

Soweto Walk 4 Life event is a celebration of health, wellness, and community spirit. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are invited to join in the fun and contribute to a healthier lifestyle while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Soweto.
The event features a scenic route through the heart of Soweto, offering walkers a unique opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of the area.

This year for the 5th year, Soweto Walk 4 life will be hosted on the 5th of October 2024 at Soweto Theatre, the event will offer an opportunity for people to participate on a 5km walk, 8km Run, 8km walk and a Kidz Dash.

In addition to the walk, there will be a variety of activities and entertainment for the whole family, including an aerobics marathon, live music, food stalls, and health and wellness exhibitions. It’s a day designed to inspire and motivate, with something for everyone to enjoy.

This year Soweto Walk 4 Life is expected to be attended by over 4000 people, young and old.
