Headlining the event is legendary jazz singer, guitarist, and pianist Richard Ceasar, joined by his talented children: Vaughan Ceasar, a gifted vocalist and guitarist, and Maxine Ceasar, a soulful singer. Comedian Dalin Oliver—Richard’s son-in-law— is MC for the day and will have you in stitches with his unique brand of South African humour.

- Doors open at 4pm. Show starts at 5:30pm. Show ends at 7pm/7:15pm for the latest.
- All seating is unreserved and is on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will be arranged to ensure that patrons on blankets have an unobstructed view, with camp chairs and other chairs positioned further back, allowing all patrons to enjoy the show.

Patrons are allowed to bring the following onto the premises:
- Picnic basket with their own snacks.
- Blankets & camp chairs.
- Non-alcoholic beverages.

The following is available at the venue:
- Alcohol is only allowed to be purchased at the Baxter Theatre Bar.
- Limited picnic blankets.
- Limited chairs made available.
