REFUNDS
The self-refund option is available on webtickets.
•? ?To refund your tickets, simply log in to your Webtickets profile, click on “MY TICKETS”.
•? ?Select “CHOOSE ACTION” and “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Please choose the payment method that you paid with. If you paid with a card, please select your tickets and choose the Card option. Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in the account used to make the booking.?
