Dads and Daughters - Empowered - Inspired - Connecting - Together

Kids need parents to be great role models, to feel empowered by them and to guide them in making healthy choices. What better way to encourage kids than to be active than to exercise together?

SSISA will be hosting a unique event for dads and their daughters. There will be two 90 minute sessions catering for younger and slightly older daughters. Sponsored by Futurelife – with a Canon camera worth R10 000 up for grabs as a prize – the morning will include fun, fitness, a bit of nutrition, plenty of laughter, some good bonding and a creative competition.
