But there will be glimpses of it at the KULTURE Blues Festival where will we be getting down while speaking to the political milieu of our time with the meditative compositions of Thandi Ntuli, the Black poetry of Makhafula Vilakazi and the Revolutionary Blues of jazz outfit, Iphupho L’ka Biko.
