Learn how to photograph nature’s feathered friends when you join Nikon in South Africa together with Julio Moreira for a bird photography excursion to the Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary by mastering the ideal composition, camera setup and settings for optimal results.

The 11.8-hectare sanctuary lies within the Walkerspruit Open Space System in which two streams feed water into wetland basins that attract a large number of waterbird species. We will be making use of the bird hide to capture some beautiful images of birds. The area attracts Blue Cranes and Grey Crowned Cranes, which are a magnificent sight when in flight.
