The Tshwane Book Picnic is an outdoor edu-tainment exhibition that was launched by the Tshwane Agri-Tourism Project in May 2019. Each year the theme follows the yearly UNESCO development priorities that focus on Agenda 2030.
This year is the International year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development.
The Tshwane Book Picnic fuses outdoor recreation and learning with environmental and agricultural educational that equips participants and attendees with practical but simple solutions to address everyday sustainable development challenges.
Information and exhibitions relating to career guidance, bursary schemes, training and development will also be available.
