The awards are a celebration of Soweto-based tourism businesses working tirelessly to promote Soweto as a preferred tourist destination.
The Soweto Tourism Awards ceremony is the first recognised tourism awarding platform in Soweto and the first of several to encourage Township Tourism participation. It is designed to set the tone and standards for local tourism business recognition and acknowledgement.
