Come and enjoy a ballet performance portraying the classical story of “The Secret Garden”! Performed by Francien de Kock School of dance. Little orphaned Mary gets sent to live with her uncle in his mansion. She wanders around and finds a secret garden with some hidden secrets which will help her cousin to walk. It will be a magical experience with beautiful young dancers!
The ballet will be performed in two acts. Act 1 starting with Mary’s birthday party in India together with her parents. Mary’s birthday party is a splendid event with all her friends and special guests invited by her wealthy father.
Unfortunately, a cholera outbreak takes the lives of both her parents, and she is sent to live with her uncle in England. Act II takes place in England at her uncle's mansion. There she finds some hidden secrets…. a Secret garden as well as a cousin she was not aware of. Sadly, her cousin is unable to walk, and is bed-ridden. With Mary’s curious personality, she finds a way to help her cousin! Come and enjoy the uplifting story of Mary in the Secret Garden!
