Canal Walk presents Monday Motivation powered by Sweetbeet x Adidas

Join Zamo van der Westhuizen from JEFF Fitness as she brings you a HIIT workout to get your body back into shape.

This is a 60 minute session of quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. Some lovely goodies are available to all ticketholders before and after the event as well as a goodie bag filled with great goodies.


It is going to be an energetic HIIT Workout at Monday Motivation.
