uVuyo – Music and Dance in Motion

The South African College of Music and the Centre for Theatre, Dance and Performance Studies at the University of Cape Town collaborate to bring you uVuyo – Music and Dance in Motion. With a diverse range of dance styles, the show promises cross-continental connections with high energy vibrant performances of Spanish, Indian and African dance and music styles. uVuyo invites us to share in a future vision of the performing arts at UCT that is rich with enterprise, potential and the power of diversity. This production is choreographed and directed by Maxwell Rani, Lisa Wilson, with musical direction by Dizu Plaatjies, Bronwen Clacherty and Rick Deja.
