Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:

• Three bottles of wine: Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Rosé 750ml; Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir 750ml and Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Unwooded 750ml
• All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?
•A shaved carrot ‘lox’ with pickled red onion, dill cream cheese and crispy capers on toasted rye
•Involtini of marinated grilled pepper slices and PnP Balsamic & Onion Cream Cheese, rolled in ribbons of pickled courgette, dotted with citrus aioli and finished with butter toasted hazelnuts
•A toasted brioche soldier with caramelised red onion, beef bresaola, tarragon mayo and pickled shimeji mushrooms

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
