Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:

• Three bottles of wine: Bellingham Homestead Chenin Blanc 750ml; Bellingham Homestead Pinotage 750ml and Bellingham Homestead Shiraz 750ml
• All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

• A cold-smoked yellowtail loin on a crispy tostada with pineapple chutney, lime mayo and fresh radish
• A confit pulled lamb pita with chimichurri drizzle, chermoula mayo and dukkah spice
• A dark chocolate truffle with rooibos-smoked peanut crumble, a black pepper praline shard, berry compote and gold dust

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
