Join us for a transformative experience of relaxation and self-care. Where we will be combining the sacred sounds of the Himalayan bowls, gong, rainstick, chimes, mbira, shakers, crystal singing bowls, drum with the reflective practice of journaling, to promote deep relaxation and inner harmony.
