Jozi Unsigned Presents "For The Kids" - A live music presentation by The Soweto Exchange with a guest feature from the Soweto Theatre Junior Orchestra; LIVE at the Soweto Theatre on Saturday, February 9th.
Lead by distinguished saxophonist and cultural Stalwart Ernest Dawkins, who has assembled a spirited outfit of musicians from Englewood Chicago and South Africa, to come together and compose, perform and eventually record their original compositions, as part of the 2 part "Englewood X Soweto Exchange" programme.
Supported by the MacArthur Foundation (USA), The Old Town School of Folk Music Foundation (USA), Wits Art School and the City of Joburg.
