We see Mandla’s fight against a policy that restricts the access to the truth of what is happening in a skewed society especially with the reporting of the news.
Le Journal is a piece devised and performed by the award-winning Market Theatre Laboratory ensemble, which looks at the world of the neglected newsreel and the disposability of these news subjects.
