The Durban Botanic Gardens Trail of Lights is back and it’s bigger and brighter than ever! With new displays, over 1 million lights, nightly entertainment and holiday activities, the Trail of Lights continues to create magical memories and ignite family traditions over the festive season.
An illuminated trail winds its way through Africa’s oldest surviving botanic garden, providing a magical experience after dark and fun for the entire family in a safe and secure environment.
No food, drinks, animals, weapons, ammunition, illegal substances, bicycles, balls, balloons or gazebos will be permitted - Children under 2 are free. All other attendees require a ticket to enter the event.
