Join us at our virtual Winemakers Table Wine and Canapé Pairing in association with Pongrácz where we’ll pair incredible Cap Classique with delicious food dishes.

Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:
• Two bottles of Pongrácz Cap Classique: Nectar Rosè Light 750ml and Brut 750ml
• All the ingredients for the dishes (serves 2 max.). Please note: the dishes may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?
• Flatbread with cured coppa, Gruyere cheese, fresh apple, a blackberry and apple chutney, and balsamic glaze
• Mixed berry and lemon summer trifle with a vanilla sponge cake, strawberry compote, whipped cream, lemon cheesecake, toasted coconut flakes and fresh lemon zest.
