Orinoco Restaurant’s Venezuelan Chef, Migdalia Bellorin combines fresh, local, and unique ingredients; she has created a range of flavours that capture the essence of Latin America and set it apart from what is available until now.
Since 2023, Orinoco’s has been based at the Pour House Shed 7, at Prison Break Market, in Glenferness, Johannesburg. (between Kyalami and Lonehill).
Chef Migdalia wants to share more about her experience and introduce more playful dishes surrounding Latin Flavours.
She holds cooking demonstrations on the first Thursday of every month, where she wants people to learn more about Mexican and Latin American food and rich culture.
It’s all in the fun, whether its Girls night out, Team building or even date night, come and join in while sipping on your favorite Cocktail/Mocktail.
