Internal is an auto-ethnographical dance performance exploring men's personal experiences leading to mental health challenges. This compelling narrative explores the grim reality of mental illness that often leads men to suicide. It is portrayed through engagement in internal conflict, embodied in a tapestry of emotions. The narrative captures the urge to withdraw from society and the struggle to express oneself, reflecting on the internal battles. It explores the silent regurgitation of conflicting emotions forcefully searching for a way out. Combining embodied expression with live music, the performance intensely portrays the internal struggles caused by bottling things inside.
