VISIT THE SHIP OOSTERSCHELDE

The Friends have been invited by Professor Mike Bruton to visit the Oosterschelde as part of the Darwin200 project and the Darwin Bust Fund. This will take the form of a walking tour of the tall ship with crew who will answer questions.

The Oosterschelde will be moored at Quay 2 in front of the Cape Grace Hotel, V&A Waterfront. The ship is on a round-the-world trip during which she has retraced the route taken by HMS Beagle 189 years ago with Charles Darwin on board.
