THE GAME

The Game is set in the fictitious Middleburg prison in 1993.

Many political prisoners including Nelson Mandela have been released from jail and South Africa is preparing for the first democratic election ever, and in celebration of this milestone, the prison officials at Middleburg Maximum Prison decide to release one of the female prisoners.

But the women must decide among themselves who is to be released.

This sparks off a major argument and they decide to play a game of musical chairs to decide who is going home.
