Reneilwe, like most women in South Africa, wakes up not knowing if the sun on her face is shining for the last time. The majority of women living in this country don’t feel safe outside their gates. This one, feels safes outside the gates but chooses to remain inside because of the choice she made when she said, “I do”. Written and directed by Mthokozisi Zulu, FED tells the unfortunate story of many of our sisters, mothers, daughters and friends.
