For three nights only, acclaimed guest chef Wandile Mabaso of The SA Culinary Club celebrates Good France 2019 with a Côte d'Azur-inspired four course haute cuisine experience, paired with sommelier-selected wines.
As one of 3000 restaurants partaking in the annual Good France festival, The Course brings Joburg gastronomes the best of contemporary French cuisine, from a ten-ingredient amuse-bouche and langoustine fondant entrée, to 24 hour braised Provençal lamb shank and fruit-infused gelée.
