Bongani Nkwanyana was second bassist for Sipho Gumede, shadowing him at all his gigs on the Rainbow stage through the late 1990's to Gumede's untimely passing in 2004. After a long period of mourning for the master, the student returned with the album Ithemba Lami in 2009. This album is one of the most requested at the Rainbow.
Also featured on the album is singer Xoliswa Dlamini. These are the stars of a ten piece band that are sure to rock your socks off.
