 HELP - Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers

You can share your Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers via email or SMS.

To share your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY TICKETS.
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select to send via SMS or email.

Please note SMS's can only be sent once per voucher. Please ensure the number is correct.
Present the cashier with your 16 digit code starting with 735328….
To view your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY VOUCHERS.
To view the balance on your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY VOUCHERS.
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select the option to 'View Vouchers'
• Next to each voucher you will see the option to view balance
The Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
No refunds are permitted for Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers. Your voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
You may use the voucher in store on appliances, groceries and clothing.
Yes, multiple vouchers can be used at checkout and if there is a price difference to pay, customers may pay the cash difference.
